6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping within the UK typically takes 2-3 business days. Custom orders may take slightly longer.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location.

9. What is your return policy?
As each item is made to order we cannot accept returns

10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, do not throw it away until the issue is resolved, and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or refund.

🛠️ APPLICATION & INSTALLATION

11. How do I apply the decal?

• Clean the surface ( ensure no wax or polish etc)

• Peel the backing

• Apply with pressure, we sell squeegees to help with this (although credit card works great)

• Slowly remove the transfer tape
  

12. Can I remove the decal later?
Yes — vinyl can be removed by gently peeling it off. Use a hairdryer to warm the adhesive if needed. It won’t damage most surfaces.

13. Will the decal leave any residue?
Most of our decals leave little to no residue. Any remaining adhesive can be removed with mild soapy water or adhesive remover.

14. Can I re-use the decal?
No — vinyl decals are designed for one-time use. Once applied and removed, they cannot be re-applied.
